I do not gossip, complain about others, or put people down.
I focus on good qualities, and ignore the bad.
I let drama wash over  me; I don't let it drown me, I don't try to swim through it- I let it happen, and don't participate.
I don't retaliate, I respond.

I keep positive friends close, and let go of the ones that bring me down.
I expect to be treated with respect.
I get concerned, not judgmental.
