I usually collect workouts from pinterest and then use onenote to make a notebook of pages with plans for each day of the week. But when they come as a full set, like these ones, I get to be a lazy planner.
So I'll keep doing these until I can do them without feeling like my legs fell off. I thought the legs one would be easy, but I was overconfident. Woof.
In the meantime, Dad is home sick (boo for him, but hurray for father-daughter bonding). We're going to eat Leonardo's pizza and watch The Shining. I love the fall!
